Our Estate Agent will visit your property to provide you with free, pre-sale market advice and discuss the marketing with you. After assessing your property and taking current market conditions and recent sales information into consideration, we will advise you of an appropriate asking price.
Estate Agency Service
When you have made the decision to market your property, we will:-
- Prepare draft sales particulars for your approval and send to you within 48 hours.
- Take digital photographs.
- Once you have approved the particulars, we will arrange for digitally printed, detailed sales particulars to be produced. The sales particulars can be provided in a choice of professional finishes which we would discuss with you.
- Erect a For Sale Board.
- Advise on our recommended Marketing Campaign including media advertising.
- If appropriate, prepare and issue a Press Release to the media.
- Arrange all viewing appointments unless otherwise advised.
- Follow up all enquiries from interested parties and provide regular reports.
- Negotiate with prospective purchasers and liase with solicitors and surveyors.
- A full conveyancing service is available through a local solicitors firm whereby advertising through the Highland Solicitors Property Centre can be achieved. Further information available on request.

Marketing Campaign

- Your property will be added to the World Wide Web via our own web site and other carefully selected sites. Finding a new home from the comfort of your present one, or from your office is the way of the future and is already very popular with house hunters.
- Match your property to prospective purchasers on our mailing list and distribute the sales particulars accordingly.
